As a Christian, you can only be effective when there’s oil on your head. This is because certain things happen when you have oil on your head. They include the following.
- You know many (all) things that others don’t. 1 Jn 2:20, 2 Cor 1:21, Jn 14:26, 1 Cor 2:15
- Devil and his workers are not comfortable with you. Mk 1:24, Matt 26:73, Jonah 1:5-6, Mk 5:6-9
- The Spirit of God takes over. 1 Sam 16:13
- No battle you’ll never win. Ps 18:50, Ps 33:19-20, Mk 6:13
There are some conditions that you must meet, too.
- Your garments must be white. Eccl. 9:8
- You must be busy with the reality of responsibility. 1 Sam 16:12. This responsibility is one where you are not interested in the outward beauty or physical coverups. You are also not considering age when taking up these responsibilities,
