Bible Verse: 1 Cor. 15:57 (KJV)

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

A battle is expected to end at a particular time while another begins at another time. Battles are real but more real is the victory we have in Christ. We are winners already because God has made us more than conquerors. Understanding what exists and what operates makes you avoid being a victim of battles.

In battles of these age, what should you do? In battles, all resources are mobilized and the target is to win at all cost. The following are three things you should do…

When Battles Refuses To End

1. Get To Know Jesus

Knowing Jesus personally will give you an edge over the battles in your life. Don’t know him collectively, know him personally as your Lord and saviour.

Romans 10:9 (KJV). That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

You can’t survive the battle of this end time if you don’t have Jesus. No one is destroyed until they are first condemned. But Jesus doesn’t condemn us just as he didn’t condemn the woman caught in adultery.

2. Get Power/Embrace Power

A snake/scorpion has no friend but it has power. Once it strikes you, the poison enters. This is the power it has and people kill these animals immediately they see it. When you are driven by the power of God, it doesn’t matter the challenges you have. Jesus told his disciples to get power before they leave Jerusalem.

Acts 1:8 (KJV). But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

1 Corinthians 4:20 (KJV). For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

There are different classes of power. They include economic/financial power, technical power, scientific power, physical power, political power, and spiritual power. The spiritual power controls the other powers. Power makes you not afraid of their face irrespective of what they are doing to you.

3. Open your mouth

Utterance is important. Open your mouth and speak. If you keep silent, you’re in soup! If you need intervention in your life, open your mouth. You cannot get intervention when your mouth is closed.

Acts 4:20 (KJV). For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.

Apply the principles and win the battles! God bless you.
