For certain construction tasks, blocks are used. There are times when full-sized blocks are broken into pieces to fit into space during the construction process. The same way a builder uses broken blocks is similar to what God can use us for, irrespective of how broken we think we are.
A block can be broken by a good man or a bad man. As described above, the good man breaks the block with the intention of using it to complete a building process, while a bad man breaks the block with the intention of destroying it. There are a few things to know about a broken block.
- Being a broken block is akin to a situation in your life which shows you’ve lost your complete self.
- It’s a situation where you make a costly mistake.
- You’re in a situation where you’re in a tight corner that you can’t continue any further.
- A situation you’ve been raped and your destiny tampered with.
What does the Bible say about broken blocks?
Ps 50:14-15 KJV. Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: 15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
Isa 45:2 KJV. I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
