There are several things that can attract battles to a Christian and a person generally. They include the following.
- Star. Mt. 2:1-4, Judges 13:4-5, Isa 49:24-25, Ex. 3:19-20
- Godliness. Job 1:1, Job 1:8-9. 1 Tim 6:6, Psalm 34:15. Satan doesn’t like your closeness to God so he attacks you but when you persevere even in the face of the attacks, God delivers you.
- Light. Jn 3:19-21, Isa 60:2-3.
- The world (Where there’s not the Word). Ps. 119:130, Ps 74:20-21, Job 5:7, Jn 16:33
