The original design of every star is that it must shine. Therefore, if the star is not shining, it cannot be seen. So, when a star is not shining, you should know that there is a problem. Stars attract involuntary worship when it shines like it should, and when it’s shining, it can be seen from afar.
Matt. 2:1-2, Jn 4:19, Jn 1:47
When a star isn’t shining, the following reasons may be responsible.
- There is a covering. When a star is covered, it won’t shine. Prov. 28:13, 1 Jn 1:9
- When there is a foundational problem. Foundational issues can cause your star not to shine. In the shining of your star is the shining of other people’s star. Psalm 11:3, Judges 6:15, 1 Sam 9:21
- When there is a yoke/hold/curse/decree. Decrees, yokes, holds, and curses can affect one’s star and stop it from shining like it should. Gen. 27:26, Obad. 1:18
