Fight With Darkness

Darkness in simple terms refers to the absence of light. The devil uses agents that manifest spiritual wickedness in different ways using different people and things. For you to win the battles against the power of darkness, there are rules you should obey.

How to fight and win darkness

1. You must be strong. Gather strength and power for the task ahead.
   Eph 6:10 KJV. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
   Josh. 1:6 KJV. Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
2. You must be courageous. Being courageous means having the strength to keep pushing even though no one is there to encourage you and things may not be going the way you want them to. You can’t win the battle ahead if you’re not courageous.
   1 Sam. 30:6 KJV. And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.
3. Put on the light. The word of God is light.
   Psalm 119:105 KJV. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
   Heb 4:12 KJV. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
4. Understand the strategies of the enemy. The devil uses the monitoring strategy to create plans to fight you.
   Num 13:1-2 KJV. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, ² Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them.
   Job 1:10 KJV. Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

   1. Verbal action.
   2. Demonstrative action.
