Bible Verse: Isa 62:6
Isaiah 62:6 (KJV).
I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence,
The world is grieving greatly. Businesses are closing. People are dying and the hospitals are already filled up. Even morgues and cemeteries don’t have the capacity to attend to the dead. All because of the Corona Virus Pandemic.
In the time of Mordecai and Esther, Esther was faced with a serious challenge. As a leader, she called upon the people and urged them to pray while she went to the king. That was the demand of the situation at that moment.
It is evident that the world is facing a strong challenge.
At Such A Time Like This, What Do You Do?
This is a tough time for many people and the world at large. At such a time as this, we are expected to do something at this point. Three things are needed from us at this point.
#1. Do not be silent.
You must not keep silent at this point as Christians. Make declarations and open your mouth and pray.
Isaiah 62:1 (KJV). For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth. 62:6 (KJV). I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord,
keep not silence.
#2. Don’t break the hedge.
Ecclesiastes 10:8 (KJV). He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.
Sin is one of those things that can cause you to get attacks. Don’t break the hedge if you don’t want the hedge which shields you to become damaged.
#3. Carry the presence of God.
When a man carries the presence of God, the circumference of God’s supernatural power is released upon him. People live in fear because they are far away from the presence of God. When a man is under the covering of supernatural power from God, none of the attacks of the enemy can come against him.
Psalms 91:1 (KJV).
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
