Commitment to Grace

Commitment to Grace

Look for ways to commit yourself to grace and service to God. Keep servicing the grace and empowering your altar. God is watching you and your service to the grace and altar that blesses you.

Job 22:1-2 KJV. Can a man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself?

There are four enemies of grace.

  1. Laziness. Grace doesn’t encourage laziness.
2 Thess 3:10 KJV. For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
  2. Non-diligent. Grace requires that you’re diligent in whatever you find yourself doing. If you’re diligent, it opens a door of opportunities for success for you.
Prov. 22:29 KJV. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.
2 Tim 2:3 KJV. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
  3. Wrong/Bad Timing. When you want to commit yourself to grace, you should avoid bad timing. You must learn how to work with time. God works with time.
Eph 5:15-16 KJV. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
Gen 8:22 KJV. While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
  4. Lone Ranging. Grace doens’t only work on a personal basis. If your family/household is committed to grace, it will work for the family.
Acts 16:31 KJV. And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Gen 18:19 KJV. For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
