Fear is a spirit and it works with the human body – your own body. It works with all that is inside of you to create the atmosphere for fear. Fear is an unpleasant emotion or a feeling you get when you’re afraid or worried that something bad is going to happen. It comes as a result of anticipation or awareness of danger. It’s the brain’s reaction to emotional stimulus or from thoughts.
