[2nd Service 14/6/2020] [Bible Verse: Gen. 18:18-19]
Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? 19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
A family is an institution formed by a man and woman for the purpose of raising children that will take after them when they are gone. Only a godly family has a guarantee of future happiness. God is interested in a family because he made both the man and woman.
God needs people that will do his words, follow his statutes and his ways. God recommended Abraham for greatness because of one thing. This is clearly seen in the case of Abraham.
Genesis 18:18-19 (KJV).
